In Folló you can enjoy an authentic farmer experience, as was done in the past in many farmhouses. Let's get the flavours back!
The Buffet
We make our healthy buffets with farmer, seasonal, local, artisan and organic products, partly from our garden. The breads, desserts and jams are home-made.
The culinary background of Mercè, our chef, is a reflection of her farm roots and her love of traveling the world. This translates into a base of traditional Catalan cuisine with touches of world cuisine and contemporary signature cuisine.

We stand out
A meal at El Folló revolves around traditional Catalan cuisine and takes you on a journey around the world with touches of spices and Mediterranean cuisine.
It is a universal buffet where everyone has a place: everyone will enjoy it, from vegans to the most carnivorous, including celiacs and lactose intolerant.
We recommend coming a little while before lunch, having a glass of wine, beer or soft drink in our garden, and breathing in the tranquility of the mountains. Enjoy the meal without any rush, have as many servings as you want and, later, continue with coffees or teas and our premium gin and tonics, to make a perfect evening.
