El Folló is also known for its restaurant. Here we serve delicious traditional Catalan cuisine, in a buffet service. All dishes are cooked with local and excellent-quality ingredients.
We are Eco-Friendly
We prepare the buffet with organic, local and seasonal products, reducing the pollution that comes from transportation and taking advantage of the seasonality of food.
We do not serve individually packaged food or cook separately for each individual: plastic does not enter our kitchen.
We heat the farmhouse and the terrace with a biomass boiler. A large part of the wedding takes place outdoors and, being in Montseny, does not require air conditioning even in the height of summer. The disposable products are made of biodegradable materials. All our lighting is with LEDs. The floral decoration is harvested in our meadows.
