Ours is a special restaurant. We have a table as long as the dining room, as there was formerly in many farmhouses, and the clients share the table with other clients and also with the family.
We cookhealthy buffets, elaborated with healthy, farm, seasonal, of proximity, homemade and ecological products, partly coming from our kitchen-garden. The different kinds of bread, desserts and jams are homemade.
Mercè (our chef)’s culinary background reflects her peasant roots and her hobby of travelling around the world.
This is turned into a Catalan-based cuisine with touches of international and contemporary signature cuisines.
We recommend coming a bit earlier to have a glass of wine, beer or soda at our garden, experiencing the peace that can be breathed in the mountains, enjoy the food without any rush, having as many helping as you want, and, finally, stretch the table talk with coffee or infusions and our premium gin and tonics to make the soiree a perfect one.
Our distinctive trait is that the client is allowed to get into the kitchen and participate in the elaboration of the meal.
